These Terms apply only to users who have purchased products directly from www.wowkartz.com. By making a purchase, you confirm that:

3️⃣ Pricing & Product Information

Prices are in INR unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices and product details at any time without prior notice.
While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability.

4️⃣ Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in full or part at our discretion.
Orders may be cancelled by us due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Customers may cancel an order only before the product has been shipped.

5️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only for select locations and order values, as specified at checkout.
Full payment in cash must be made at the time of delivery. No partial payments are allowed.
Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in loss of COD eligibility.
A nominal COD handling fee may apply, as shown during checkout.

6️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
WOWKARTZ is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.
Delivery is deemed complete upon reaching the delivery address provided in the order.

7️⃣ Returns & Refunds

All return requests must comply with our Return Policy (available on the Website).
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
Refunds shall be initiated only when the customer produces valid proof of damage or wrong delivery (such as clear photographs, unboxing videos, or courier acknowledgment).
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or digital wallet; no cash refunds will be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time.
We reserve the right to reject returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions.

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability

WOWKARTZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from the use of our Website or purchase of products.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the product involved in the claim.
